By accessing our website or making a reservation at Walnut Village Resort, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations & Bookings
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Walnut Village Resort.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or written confirmation from our team.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Younger guests are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
- The number of guests occupying a room must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
3. Payments
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST) charged separately.
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and cash at the property.
- Package pricing is per the inclusions listed and does not cover personal expenses, tips, or activities not specified.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of other guests and staff at all times.
- Damage to resort property will be charged to the guest responsible.
- Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM in guest room areas.
- The resort operates a strict no-smoking policy inside all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
5. Pets
Pets are not permitted on the premises unless prior written approval has been obtained from management.
6. Liability
Walnut Village Resort shall not be liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
- Injuries sustained due to negligence on the part of the guest.
- Disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, road conditions, government orders, etc.).
We recommend all guests carry appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal property.
7. Force Majeure
Walnut Village Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, civil unrest, or extreme weather conditions.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir.
